<p>17 ways to curb cravings without natural appetite suppressants like Proactol or Hoodia</p>
<p>1. Eat more fiber</p>
<p>Fiber keeps you fuller longer and kills all your sugar cravings. Get fiber by eating fruits (especially apples) &#038; vegetables, whole grains, nuts (almonds are the best) and seeds.</p>
<p>Eating Fiber will help you lose weight faster because it fills up your stomach quicker &#8211; for example&#8230;</p>
<p>You wouldn&#8217;t be able to eat 500 calories worth of carrots (or other foods high in fiber) because you&#8217;ll probably be full by the time you&#8217;ve eaten 200-300 calories worth of carrots so&#8230;</p>
<p>Fiber makes you fell full so you eat less and this means you&#8217;ll lose a lot more weight.<br />
2. Eat more lean proteins</p>
<p>Researches are beginning to realize that the reason high protein diets like the Atkins work is because these diets reduce your appetite decreasing your food cravings making you eat less and lose more weight.</p>
<p>Lean proteins are one of the best foods to eat to get rid of sugar cravings since most sugar cravings come from not eating enough protein.<br />
3.Drink whey protein</p>
<p>Whey protein helps you release appetite suppressing hormones that curb your cravings.</p>
<p>In a recent study&#8230; people drank either whey or casein and 90 minutes later they were allowed to eat freely at a buffet table. The people that drank whey protein ate significantly less calories.<br />
4. Drink more WATER</p>
<p>Water makes you feel full by tricking your body into thinking it&#8217;s satisfied and&#8230;<br />
5. You can drink a glass of vegetable juice before meals</p>
<p>Studies have shown that drinking vegetable juice before meals suppresses your appetite by making you eat 135 less calories at each meal.<br />
6. Eat some fiber &#038; protein and drink some water at ever meal to&#8230;</p>
<p>Regulate your blood sugar because&#8230; when your blood sugar is out of whack &#8211; You&#8217;ll crave for more food which means you&#8217;ll eat a lot more and gain more weight.</p>
<p>For example&#8230; If you eat some almonds &#038; some fruit for fiber and then eat a lean meat like tuna or baked chicken for protein and if you wash all that down with 12 ounces of water&#8230; You&#8217;ll won&#8217;t have any food cravings for at least 4-6 hours.<br />
7. Eat a small meal every 2-3 hours.</p>
<p>Doing this also regulates your blood sugar by giving you a constant supply of energy which really reduces your cravings and kills your big appetite and eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day makes you burn fat faster<br />
8. Don&#8217;t skip breakfast</p>
<p>Skipping breakfast makes your already low morning blood sugar drop even more and this will cause you to have massive food cravings for the rest of the day.<br />
9. Have an egg for breakfast</p>
<p>Studies found that an egg for breakfast helped overweight people feel more full over 24 hours than a bagel-based breakfast of equal calories and the people who ate the egg breakfast ate 330 calories less during the day.</p>
<p>10. Lose Belly Fat &#038; have Less Cravings</p>
<p>According to researchers at University if Western Ontario &#8211; Belly fat makes you hungry because it makes a hormone called neuropeptide Y that makes you hungry.<br />
11. Don&#8217;t get stressed out &#8211; relax more.</p>
<p>When you get stressed out you usually overeat because your body releases a hormone called Cortisol that makes you hungry.</p>
<p>If you have a hard time coping with stress &#8211; then a weight loss pill like Cortislim can help block Cortisol<br />
12. Avoid refined or processed carbs (mainly sugar)</p>
<p>Refined carbs include heavily processed or high sugar foods like fluffy white breads/bread snacks, regular sodas, most breakfast cereal, sweets, candy, cookies and cakes.</p>
<p>Refined carbs cause your blood sugar levels to rise very fast and then crash very quickly making you crave for more sugar (refined carbs).</p>

14. Take a whiff of Vanilla scent to curb cravings</p>
<p>The sweet smell of vanilla tricks you into thinking you already satisfied your cravings for sugars.<br />
15. Eat on blue plates</p>
<p>It may sound weird but the research does show that blue is a natural appetite suppressant so try to use blue silverware, napkins, etc. whenever you eat and on the flip side&#8230;</p>
<p>Red, yellow, and orange have been shown to increase your appetite and make you eat more.<br />
16. Make sure you&#8217;re getting enough sleep</p>
<p>Not getting enough Sleep makes your body release an appetite causing hormone called Ghrelin that makes you want to eat more so&#8230;</p>
<p>Try to get at least 7 hours of sleep so you can lower your Ghrelin levels and increase the levels of the fat burning &#038; appetite suppressing hormone Leptin.<br />
17. Wait out your cravings</p>
<p>Most cravings pass within 20 minutes because they&#8217;re often all in your head so you can survive these &#8220;fake cravings&#8221; by chewing on a some sugarless gum.</p>

<p>Most of us have days, some more than others, when we don’t feel like getting up, going to work, or doing anything for that matter.</p>
<p>What’s the common denominator?</p>
<p>In order to uncover the cause and mystery of what I call a ‘Heavy Gravity Day’ I asked myself, “When is this not a problem?”</p>
<p>Can you remember a time in your life where you couldn’t wait to wake up in the morning and start your day? For some of us it was Christmas morning as a child. For others it’s the first day of a long deserved vacation. Still others, it’s a special holiday, or event that excites us.</p>
<p>For me, it was Christmas. When I thought, “When is this not a problem?” I discovered that when I was a child, I never had to motivate myself to get out of bed or feel good on Christmas morning. For me, that meant a whole day dedicated to spending time with my family, playing, opening presents, relaxing, and celebration. “So what is it about that kind of day that separates it from all other days?” I thought.</p>
<p>The answer was simply this: I had something to look forward to.</p>
<p>I’ve never had to motivate myself to get out of bed or feel good on a day that I had something to look forward to. Something that excited me, appealed to me, and made me feel good just thinking about it.</p>
<p>The following exercise is designed to do just that: help you find something to look forward to each day. And if you have a particular job or meeting that you really are dreading…you can use this exercise specifically on that to find something to look forward to. Don’t take my word for it…do this everyday for a week and see how you feel. And please email me with feedback after you’ve taken this 1-week challenge!</p>

<p>Daily 5 Exercise – “Resetting the internal compass”</p>
<p>Ask yourself these five morning questions every day and see for yourself how much of a difference a difference can make:</p>
<p>“What are 5 things I can look forward to today?”</p>
<p>5 things that:</p>
<p>-I can do today.</p>
<p>-Are within my power.</p>
<p>-Enhance the quality of my life.</p>
<p>-These can be anything from getting up, eating well, exercising, reading a book, writing in a journal, changing your perspective, laughing now, noticing something beautiful, making work fun, figuring something out, fixing a door, helping a friend, meditating taking a deep breath, listening to your favorite music, working on a project, having fun, or even getting a good nights sleep.</p>
