What I eat for lunch…

People often ask me what I eat for lunch… and the truth is it varies. I listen to what my body needs and I always make sure it’s nutrient dense, well balance (fats, protein, and carbs) and as CLEAN as possible. CLEAN means organic (free of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides), live (uncooked), and whole (not processed or refined).

This is one of my favorite simple salads.  Fresh greens, japanese cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, and black beans for protein!
